TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: 09 September 2026 Welcome to NagarExplore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NagarExplore, including our website, business discovery services, local market pages, business listings, merchant tools, subscriptions, dashboards, and related services. By accessing or using NagarExplore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform. 1. ABOUT NAGAREXPLORE NagarExplore is a local discovery and marketplace platform that helps users discover businesses, services, markets, local places, and other useful information. NagarExplore may also provide businesses with tools to create, claim, manage, promote, and maintain their business presence on the platform. 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a paid business account or purchase NagarExplore services. If you use NagarExplore on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf and bind it to these Terms. 3. USER ACCOUNTS Some NagarExplore features require an account. You are responsible for: Providing accurate information Keeping your account details updated Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials Activities performed through your account Informing NagarExplore of suspected unauthorised access You must not intentionally impersonate another person or business. 4. BUSINESS LISTINGS NagarExplore may contain business information obtained from: Business owners Authorised representatives Publicly available information User submissions Third-party or public data sources NagarExplore research and verification processes Business information may include: Business name Category Description Address Phone number WhatsApp number Website Location Photographs Opening information Products or services Offers Other relevant information NagarExplore aims to maintain useful and accurate local information but cannot guarantee that every listing will always be complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it. 5. BUSINESS OWNERS AND REPRESENTATIVES If you create, claim, or manage a business listing, you confirm that: You are authorised to represent the business Information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge You have the necessary rights to submit photographs, descriptions, trademarks, logos, and other material Your listing does not mislead users Your business complies with applicable laws and licensing requirements NagarExplore may request verification before approving or transferring control of a business listing. 6. BUSINESS CLAIMS NagarExplore may allow an authorised business owner or representative to claim an existing listing. We may: Request verification Reject insufficient evidence Resolve competing claims Temporarily restrict changes during a dispute Restore control to a verified owner Remove fraudulent claims Submission of a claim does not automatically establish ownership. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE You must not use NagarExplore to: Submit false or misleading information Impersonate another person or business Publish illegal content Promote fraudulent activities Upload malware or harmful code Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems Scrape or extract platform data in violation of applicable restrictions Interfere with NagarExplore's operation Send spam Manipulate listings, rankings, reviews, or platform signals Violate intellectual property rights Upload content you do not have permission to use Harass, threaten, or abuse other users Circumvent subscription restrictions or security mechanisms NagarExplore may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse or misuse. 8. USER AND BUSINESS CONTENT You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own and submit to NagarExplore. By submitting content for publication, you grant NagarExplore a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, format, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote NagarExplore and the relevant listing. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to provide such content. NagarExplore may remove content that: Violates these Terms Violates applicable law Infringes third-party rights Is fraudulent or misleading Creates security or platform integrity risks Is otherwise inappropriate for the service 9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID SERVICES NagarExplore may offer free and paid services. Paid plans may include features such as: Business profile management Enhanced business information Merchant dashboard features Customer enquiries or leads Offers Promotional tools Additional visibility or functionality Other services described on the applicable plan page Available features, limits, prices, and subscription periods are those displayed or communicated at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a subscription does not guarantee: A specific Google ranking A specific search position A specific number of customers A specific number of leads A specific amount of revenue A specific level of business visibility Actual results may depend on multiple factors outside NagarExplore's control. 10. PAYMENTS Users purchasing paid services are responsible for providing valid payment information and paying applicable fees. Payments may be accepted using: Online payment providers UPI Bank transfer QR payment Other payment methods supported by NagarExplore Payment activation may require verification. In cases involving manual payments, NagarExplore may request a transaction reference or proof of payment before activating the subscription. 11. TAXES AND INVOICES Fees may include or exclude applicable taxes as displayed during purchase or invoicing. Where applicable, NagarExplore may issue invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations based on the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. 12. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the NagarExplore Cancellation / Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. 13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES NagarExplore may provide links or integrations involving third-party services such as: Google Maps WhatsApp Business websites Social media platforms Payment providers Other external services These services are operated independently. NagarExplore is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or actions of third-party services. 14. LOCAL INFORMATION AND DIRECTIONS Information about: Businesses Places Markets Local highlights Addresses Opening hours Directions Transport Facilities Events Visitor information may change. Users should verify time-sensitive or safety-critical information directly with the relevant business, authority, institution, or official service before travelling or making important decisions. 15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Except for content lawfully owned by users or third parties, NagarExplore's software, branding, design, database structure, platform features, text, logos, and other protected material belong to NagarExplore or its licensors. You may use NagarExplore for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, resell, copy, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create unauthorised derivative services from protected NagarExplore material except where permitted by law or written permission. 16. COPYRIGHT OR CONTENT COMPLAINTS If you believe content published on NagarExplore violates your copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, contact NagarExplore with: Your contact information Identification of the disputed content The relevant NagarExplore URL An explanation of your rights Supporting information where appropriate NagarExplore may investigate and take reasonable action. 17. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY We aim to keep NagarExplore available and reliable. However, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of: Maintenance Updates Infrastructure failures Internet outages Third-party service failures Security incidents Events beyond reasonable control NagarExplore may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. 18. DISCLAIMER NagarExplore is primarily an information, discovery, marketplace, and business-platform service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, NagarExplore does not independently guarantee every representation made by businesses listed on the platform. Users are responsible for evaluating businesses, products, services, prices, availability, and suitability before making transactions or decisions. Transactions between users and independent businesses may be directly between those parties. 19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by applicable law, NagarExplore will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 20. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION NagarExplore may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of: Violation of these Terms Fraud Security threats Abuse Repeated false information Payment disputes or non-payment Unauthorised business claims Legal requirements Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to resolve the issue. 21. ACCOUNT CLOSURE Users may request account closure through available account controls or by contacting NagarExplore. Account closure does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all records. Certain information may be retained for legal, security, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. See our Data Deletion page for more information. 22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS NagarExplore may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Updated Terms will display the applicable effective date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated to registered users. Continued use of NagarExplore after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law. 23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the competent jurisdiction associated with NagarExplore's legal entity, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
